In Memory of Bill Wilcox
In November, 1999 we lost one of the longest running directors of Tinnerman. "Boss" spent 16+ years serving Tinnerman. He is survived by his wife Grace, sons Daniel and John, and daughters Dorothy and Virginia.
"Boss" gave 35+ years of service to the Boy Scouts.
Born in Plattsburgh, NY he spent time in the Navy and worked for the Morton Salt Co. as well as Allis Chalmers Co. He was a leader for Troop 224, an Explorer advisor, and a Beaumont Ranger.
"Boss" spent countless hours cruising the French and many sleepless nights worrying about the guides and scouts under his watch.
